By incorporating a cooling tower into the standard “full” recovery recirculating loop, the vacuum cart effectively maintains a lower seal water temperature. This solves the prevalent issue of cooling the service seal water once it has gone through the vacuum pump. The lack of heat dissipation or sufficient dwell time before recirculation has been a recurring problem, leading to potential damage and reduced performance of the pump.
