SYSTEM DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FROM HS INNOVATIONS
For a typical project, HSI will coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors. These may include engineers and designers from equipment manufacturers, skilled trades or on-site contractors.
This collaboration is an important part of integrating equipment from multiple vendors into a single system that will operate in your plant safely and efficiently. We will then prepare a project bid package that includes:
- Product(s) and equipment needed
- Shop design/layouts, and fabrication drawings for the items that need to be manufactured for the project that may include
- Sheet metal design
- CNC design
- Weld fabrication
With our in-house 3D printing capabilities and software for 2D layouts, our innovations can be tested on-site, saving your facility time and money.

PRODUCT PROTOTYPING AND ENGINEERING DESIGN
Our deep insight into the food processing industry allows us to easily identify inefficiencies, problems or safety issues and innovate unique solutions designed to solve those issues.
We have developed an engineering process to support the innovation, design and production of components. It begins with 2D renderings that are translated into 3D printing for prototype testing. Our in-house 3D printing capabilities help us evaluate the feasibility and machinability of products and address potential failure points before moving into production and real-world testing.
